How to Order

The steps

• Choose the item, its material, size and finish, and add it to the cart.
• Check the quantities in the cart and go to checkout.
• Enter your name, contact and delivery details and choose how to pay.
• Read the order summary, the total and the withdrawal terms; accept the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
• Press "Place order and pay". For a card you go on to PayTR’s 3D Secure page; for a bank transfer the bank details are shown.
• Your confirmation is shown on screen and sent by email.

Correcting mistakes

Until you confirm you can change anything: change quantities or remove items in the cart, correct your details at checkout, or go back with "Back to cart". If you spot a mistake in your address after confirming, write to us straight away, before the parcel ships.

Your contract

The Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement you accepted, filled in with your order, are attached to your confirmation email and can be downloaded from your order page. You can see your order on the order tracking page, or under My orders if you have an account. We keep contracts for at least three years. The contract is in Turkish or English, the language you ordered in.

Complaints and disputes

Please write to us first. In a dispute, claims below the monetary limit the Ministry of Trade publishes each year (186,000 TL for 2026) go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where you bought; claims above it go to the Consumer Court, after the mandatory mediation step.
