How to send it: By email to info@piercingland.com.tr (subject: “Withdrawal Notice – Order No: …”). By KEP to huseyin.olmez.5@hs01.kep.tr. By post to Yukarı Bahçelievler Mah. Aşkabat Cad. No: 47, İç Kapı No: 2, Çankaya / Ankara. Keeping the record that shows the notice was sent in time (the email, the KEP message or the postal receipt) is recommended.

C. About Sending the Item Back

• You need to send the item back within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal.
• No return carrier has been named: you can send the item with any courier and the return shipping cost is paid by the Seller. You are not charged for returning it.
• It speeds things up if you email your order number to info@piercingland.com.tr before sending; this is not a permission or approval needed to exercise your right of withdrawal.
• The refund is made by the method you paid with, within the statutory 14 days, after your notice and the return of the item.
• The cases where withdrawal is not possible (items made specially for you and hygiene items whose protective packaging has been opened) are set out in the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract. Your rights for a faulty, damaged or wrong item are not affected by these exceptions.
