2. Conditions of Use

• We do not sell to anyone under 18. Whoever places an order must be 18 or over.
• The User uses the site for lawful purposes and without infringing others’ rights, and gives order, invoice and delivery details that are accurate and up to date.
• You can also order without opening an account.

3. Accounts and Account Security

• A User who opens an account is responsible for the accuracy of the details given when registering and for keeping the password secret. If the User notices unauthorised activity on the account, they tell the Seller without delay.
• Passwords are stored irreversibly (as a hash); they are not kept in plain text. The Seller takes reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect account security.
• The User can delete their own account from the “Profile” page. Deleting the account does not remove the legal duty to keep tax, accounting or dispute records; personal data in those records is anonymised.
• An account is suspended or closed only for a justified, proportionate and lawful reason; the User’s rights regarding orders already placed and their legal rights to apply to authorities are protected.

4. Product Information, Prices and Stock

• Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. Any shipping fee is shown inside the total before the order is confirmed.
• An order is made on the item, quantity and total the User confirms on the checkout page. A price that changes later does not affect an order already placed.
• Product photographs show the items for sale; colour and shine can look different depending on screen settings. Size, material and gauge are given on each product page.
• Items that are out of stock are not shown as available. If a mistake in product information is noticed, it is corrected within a reasonable time.
• That items are new and unused but are not sterilised and, unless a product page says otherwise, are not sent in sealed packaging is stated on the product pages and in the preliminary information form.
• The virtual try-on and the design canvas are meant to give an idea of how an item looks when worn; they do not promise an exact result. The camera image is processed only on the User’s device.

5. Aftercare and Health Information

The information on the aftercare pages and in the FAQ is general information and not medical advice. In case of signs of infection, an allergy or anything unexpected, see a doctor.

6. Reviews and Photos

• Only items bought on this Site and paid for can be reviewed.
• The review and photo sent must be the User’s own and must not infringe third parties’ rights. By sending them the User allows them to be shown on the relevant product page.
• Reviews are read before they are published. Those with insults, personal data, advertising or nothing about the product are declined with a reason; reviews are not treated differently according to whether they are positive or negative.

7. Rights in the content (intellectual property)

The rights in the texts, product photographs, logo, design and software on the Site belong to the Seller or are used under licence. Without written permission or a statutory exception, they may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially. Linking to a product or page is free.

8. Prohibited uses

• Using the Site for an unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes third parties’ rights.
• Attempts to get round security measures, to access someone else’s account or to overload the Site so it stops working. A User who finds a security weakness reports it responsibly to the Seller.
• Collecting products, prices or content in bulk with automated tools, other than search engines’ ordinary crawling.
• Placing fake orders, or sending reviews in someone else’s name or that are not genuine.

A User who breaks these rules may have their account closed and the content concerned removed.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses third-party services such as payment (PayTR), shipping (Yurtiçi Kargo), hosting and email (Hostinger); links such as WhatsApp, Instagram and the map lead to services belonging to others. What those services show and how they use data is governed by those companies’ own terms. The Seller’s own statutory duties and its responsibility to the User are not affected.

10. Availability and Liability

The Seller takes due care to keep the Site secure and running without interruption; maintenance, hosting or the payment institution can cause short outages. To the extent the law allows, the Seller is not liable for indirect loss from the Site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms removes the Seller’s liability arising from its own fault, faulty goods, consumer law, personal data protection law or other mandatory rules.

11. Changes

The Seller may update these terms when Site features or the law change. The current text is on this page and the date at the top shows the last update. Changes do not affect orders already placed; for important changes that affect the User’s pending transaction or legal rights, the notice the law requires is given.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.

In a dispute, claims below the monetary limit the Ministry of Trade announces each year (186,000 TL for 2026) go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where the BUYER lives or where the consumer transaction was made. Claims above that limit go to the Consumer Court; under Article 73/A of Law No. 6502, applying to a mediator before suing is a condition for bringing the case (disputes within the Committee’s remit are not subject to this condition).
