1. Categories of Cookies
Cookies are treated in four groups: necessary, functional, analytics and marketing. Under the Personal Data Protection Authority’s July 2025 publication on cookie practices, no explicit consent is needed for necessary cookies; they rest on performance of a contract and legitimate interest. The other categories run only with your explicit consent.
2. Necessary Cookies
The cookies below belong to this site (first party) and are necessary for it to work. If they are disabled, the cart, sign-in and checkout steps do not work.

3. Functional: Recommendations (Personalisation)
We ask for your explicit consent to show recommendations based on the items you viewed. Recommendations rest on two things only: the pieces viewed and hearted in the same browser, and what other visitors looked at after the same piece. No age, location or gender is used.
If you say no, the site works the same; only the “For you”, “Recently viewed” and “People who viewed this also viewed” rows are not shown, and nothing is counted. Your answer is recorded under the anonymous number the cookie carries, with the date and the version of the text it answered. No IP address or name is kept.
4. Analytics and Marketing
No visit-statistics tool (such as Google Analytics), advertising cookie or social media tracker is used on the site at present. If one is brought into use in future, its name, provider, cookie names and lifetimes will be stated in this policy, explicit consent will be asked for separately in the cookie preferences, and no analytics or advertising code will load without it. The option to refuse is offered as easily as the option to accept.
5. What Stays in Your Browser
- The last twenty items viewed, the items marked with the heart and the pieces on the design canvas are kept in the browser’s own storage (localStorage) and are not sent to us. Clearing the browser’s site data deletes them all.
- When a product page is opened, this is counted under a session key that carries no identity (a one-way digest of the pl_csrf cookie and the day; the next day it is a different key). Records are deleted after 90 days.
- The camera image in the virtual try-on is processed only on your device.
6. Managing Your Choices
- You can change your cookie choice at any time from the “Cookie Preferences” link at the foot of every page. Closing the banner or continuing to use the site does not mean consent for non-necessary cookies.
- You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If all cookies are blocked, the cart does not work, because there is no other way to know the cart is yours.
- Deleting cookies from the browser may not mean data already collected is deleted from our systems; for requests about your personal data, use the application routes in the Privacy Notice.
7. Updates
This policy is updated when the cookies in use, the providers or the law change. If a change affects your choice, the preferences screen is shown again. The current text is published on this page.
